63MM FULL FORGED ARIAS PISTON*D
STARTING FROM 25HP of NOS And looking on proggress to HIT UP to 30HP in NOS since the piston holds up to 75HP!
WE EXPECT IT TO BREAK OUR OWN RECORD OF 7.19 @ 90.90MPH!
We Are LOoking foward to Break into the 6.?? seconds
and up to 95MPH to 97MPH....
BUT WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS SINCE ITS ON
R&D and constrution and under development on its over sized valves HEad...

8Pcurrently on work and tuning....
we are changing the carburetor setting...
because we are gonna use ULTIMATE-4 RACING FUEL
we expect great results on its running time....
since it ran using pump gas only....now for the good stuff:#

8) world's fastest all-motor GY6 engine!!!
alcohol powered!!! its the only all-motor scooter
that keep's up with the BIG BLOCK ENGINES AND NOS powered scoot's
oooh and i forgot...this engine is only 175cc

{!And here's the Fastest GY6 engine...
currently on tune-up and with a huge change
in the crankshaft...it ran 7.19 with a 750mm crankshaft
but it was too ligthweigth and we had an over rev problem..
now we used a little bit heavier crankshaft and its a little bigger too
since it is an 900mm stroker we hope to break our own record
with thiz engine and hoping to run on the 6.?? seconds and over
95MPH to 97MPH on 1/8mile (660FT)-:-

This last Video is a Scooter from my Team...
its Called The Nightmare...it is a Pump Gas/ Dry Shot Nitrous powered
and this is the first time that we tested it making it the fastest gas/nitrous scooter in PR rigth now we hold record with it on a run
of 7.21 @ 88MPH 1.54/60FT
expecting to run better very soon...

nah don't think so but if we put more HP of NOS
maybe it could do so...
- they are Stock chassis...
we just put them a little bit lightweigth
by removing unnessesary tubing in the chassis
using a smaller fron wheel....
and we use no suspension at all...
we make a rigid solid tube of chrommoly that it is very hard
and it is very ligthweight...we can make a chassis of chrommoly
and it could only have a weigth of 5 to 7 pounds
but we don't use those for now...we preffer to take the best
runnig time on stock chassis and then consider to make a chrommoly
chassis...but they are expensive on material cost...8P

ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION (E.F.I) on the GY6

Let me show you these scooters...
are GY6 models too!:W
but look...they have no carb...
thats because we have developed
a way to adapt en E.F.I *D
(electronic Fuel Injection system)
but they run using alcohol!!!:#
on this engines using a fully programable
computer module....
the blue one its best run was 7.67
and the yellow one its best run is 8.10
with its owner runing it and he weigths 180lbs

about the E.F.I
it can be used with gas as well with alcohol
only the setting changes...

these modules are:
-Fully programable Computer module
we use microtech or others with same capabilities
-injector porters (holders)
-Fuel presure gauge
-Hayabusa throtle
-30mm ported to 34mm GY6 intake
-Gas tank with entry,exit and return

this is a preety good invention but i still think
that Carburetor is way better...
but that is because i haven't spent a lot of time
with E.F.I maybe thats it...so' if the fastest all motor
scooter that we have runs 7.33 on alcohol and using carburetor...if we use E.F.I it is supossed to better my runing time by .30 so it would run 7.03....i still doubt it...:|
even more faster than my NOS GY6...mmm...maybe it would explode of over powering the engine because our
all motor scooter that is the fastest all motor in PR
and in the world it has a small engine block 180cc
only...:#

by the way the cost of the E.F.I
is about $1,500 to $1,700
using that ammount i can build a better
engine that runs faster using a $140.oo 32mm
flat side carburetor...:W

my CUztom Parts Maker is Developing:!
a new Way to have a clutch on the GY6...
fo drag racing only...he is developing a 6-plate
manual clutch...just to make the scooters
have a weee bit of acceleration to start from 5,000RPM's
to 7,000RPM's hehehehehhe its gonna be one hell of an acceleration..O-)
but its still under development...so we don't know if its really gonna work...but ill tell you soon...

y darte una reventa y pelarte hasta el cielo de la boca...
creo q si.....mientras tanto...jejejejjejejejjejejje ambos frenos

WE Don't buy it cuz it does not exists in the market...

we cuztom made it using a cuztom made bullon and a cuztom made
full forged material rod so we can adapt it and make it from 400mm
to 900mm

its not rocket science but its one hell of a hard work...

Between a 70cc Piaggio engine and the GY6 engine
you don't hear me say that it is ugly, but i like the high RPM sound of 70cc better:W

how many cc is your engine and is it 2t or 4t?
i didn't read the whole project page, aint got that much time for it right now

GY6 ENGINES=4 STROKE POWER!

i know what u mean of the revving sound it is like dat
cuz our engines develop their torque based upon
power and HP not on their RPM but we use their RPM PRETTY GOOD
TO CREATE SUCH POWER IN THEM!

WE ARE A WEE BIT THERE TO RUN 6.SEC on a 1/8mile
with a GY6 engine and we are testing it tomorow
so' ill let you know!
