GY6 50cc short axle length

Hi. I have recently bought a Peugeot V-clic, and there is not enough threads on the short axle to fasten the wheel nut properly (the nut is fastened before the threads reach the lock on the nut). I thought maybe it was the wrong rim, but I have tested with another one from a V-clic, and it is the same. Are there many different short axles for this engine/gearbox, or is it possible that someone has mounted it wrong?

guessing you need a longer axel? Maybe from a kisbee could be the right one. But iam not sure on that.
