I'm from Swiss, 19 years old ! I like scooters since 3 years !

I'm working on a BW's LC Mina project, let's go...

Old setup :

Evo 70cc lilbit tuned
Hebo hpc 10mm
c20/hr2
MHR 2004 rotor
24 Keihin / Malossi E13
Vario MHR
corrector Malossi
kupplung Hebo racing + malossi wingbell.

A friend sell me his old BW's for a nice price, he was like that :

And at this moment I had a Nitro Jaguar powered Evo :

So I take off the evo motor for the BW's:

Cutted the watercarter :

A friend sell me a MHR interne rotor 2004 and a HR2 :

renforced, but no subframe at this moment...

then I tuned a lil'bit the evo :

Like this finished but no more paintjob...

Was the video with your evo yeah? How much hp was it?

Yeah it was with the evo, i don't know how man hp he was, because we have no testbank here... yes only one but it's for motos !

But in january a friend who has a scootershop will buy one for scooter, and i'll test my prorace with

He gave me many exhaust to test : hr2, hr3, c20, c21, c30, krd f1, team04/06

Very nice project !
I find that auxiliary exhaust ports are particularly noisy, but they add so much performance !
I also wasted a nice cylinder due to skirt failure. The funny thing is that the motor did not stop and you could hear the piece of skirt bouncing around inside the crank case.
Naturally. I turned it off.
