here it's my BWS with aerox engine project:

I'm from Portugal and this is my setup:

Cylinder : Malossi BIG BORE 86cc
Exhaust: ?
Crankshaft: 2FAST stroke 44m conrod 85mm new
Carburator: STAGE6 R/T 28mm PWK new
Admission: V-Force 3 Tassinari, wig Kiesler 28mm
Malossi MHR Piaggio em Viton new
Filter: HEBO black 50mm
Variator: POLINI EVO 9 rolles
Clutch: POLINI 2G EVO II withe clutch bell EVO 2 new
Ignition: PVL DIGITAL FIRE 650 (with lights) new
Transmission: Primary Malossi 13/44 Secundary Stage6 14/41



Ciclistic:
Front fork Stage6 R/T
RIMS 13" aerox

Brack calipe STAGE6 4-Piston + spacer new
Front disk stage6 oversize 280mm

Estetic:

Looking real promising! Keep up the good work, Everytime i see the new s6 forks the more i want to buy them... Im looking forward to hearing peoples opinions on them.

Theres not many nice bws out there, but they make great projects. Good luck.
 
this bike is very very nice, i cannot wait to see it when its done. boosters are 1 of my favs, by the way where did you get your lower body panel from.

u can buy them since 2 weeks in scooterattack XD

they dont appear in the online shop but if u give this code in,u ll find them...

they cost 281 euro


my ones are already on their way...a test report will follow real soon

I've no doubt that's one of the best (and most expensive :p) scooter here in Portugal. The attention to all details and the love put in it it's just amazing, keep up the good work and tell me when it's finished, i want to make an test ride, eheh

BTW those stage6 forks are sweet, got to have one :p

It will be a pleasure let you test my BW's spidy. You know that.

This guy Spidy has a really good project too. Really good aerox. Hope he can create is Thread soon showing his project.
