Aerox needs more speed

Mabuhay, Tiba. I am anxiously waiting for you to get a LC MAL MHR REP so I can copy your porting. Frank

hehehehe, actually i'm only planning to do a bolt-on only or maybe some smoothening & blueprinting of the ports perhaps but not a full-on port job.

could any body tell me how to port tune a standard aerox 50cc cylinder

if you're asking this question then it would be better if you don't tune it as it is more likely you'll ruin a perfectly good cilinder, it is a complex task requiring a lot of computations, experience & a steady hand when grinding.

you are much better off buying a 70cc kit & just bolt it on.

A good introduction is Two-Stroke Performance Tuning
by A.Graham Bell.

While doing as much reading as possible, I think you could
safely enlarge the exhaust port. Keep the same shape to
start with, but increase width by 2mm, and height by 1mm,
working through the exhaust flange.

Note this suggestion only ok if supported by others on the
list with more experience :).

smarty boi i gues you are from the uk if so there are lots of english scooterists on scootershack.co.uk on there you will be able to get alot of info from members and a few tuners
