Which tires for circuit racing?

Hello!
I wonder if theres any experienced circuit racers here that knows a good tire for circuit racing. I want a tire that has good grip and is not a purely slick tire since the weather is not the best, often damp rather than pure sunshine.

Ive heard that the top of line tires to get is Sava MC18 and Dunlop TT91? What would you recommend?

what rim size? 10", 12" or 13"? for 10" & 12" tires Dunlop TT91GP or Bridgestone BT39SS are among the favorites but when it comes to a damp/wet track the BT39SS offers better grip.

for the 13" tire i like the Pirelli Evo21/22 for both wet & dry.
