Versterking voor het frame ?

Hi People ,
i want to ask you how i can buy/or Build a "Versterking" .
I saw it before on many dutch scooters ..

My Question : Can i buy a finish "Versterking" or is it handmade , i build it by myself .. and what parts i need , and how much does it cost .. i mean this "one" here :

Ik can't see the picture right now *edit* saw the picture *edit*, but I think you mean the bar between the frame which is used pretty frequently?

I've never seen a ready-made kit for such a bar, so everything is handmade When you look at several projects, you may see the way it's constructed... There are a lot of different ways to achieve it [including flowing cooling-liquid through it, like we made it ]...

The only thing you need are one or two bars, and a little creativity... Examples enough, I think
