I got this scooter from my father, and i tuned it a bit with Stage6 Pro sport! But now it´s time for the next level: Stage6 Racing!

• Cylinder: Stage6 Racing Modular, 195/135
  
• Exhaustpipe: Gjort av mig, ABG eller Roost. Ej bestämt!
  
• Carburator: PWK 24mm
  
• Intake: Malossi MHR Shortneck
• Reeds: Stage6 Vforce3
  
• Vario: Malossi MHR Overrange 2005
• Belt: Malossi MHR kevlar belt 2005
• Ignition: Italkit Selecta
• Crankshaft: Stage6 HPC @ SFK C3
• Clutch: Malossi MHR Delta clutch

After a while i put the Pro sport engine on, and i rode on the streets fort i while:

Now it´s time for the next step!

New engine block:

New Stage6 PWK 24mm carb:

Radiator from a -98 Reiju Drac. Pretty nice.

Then i bought this:

Original ignition being removed:

Ugly! :L

you got to be very patient here,ppl dont just answer,unless u got something very special XD

Keep us informed(also if ppl dont answer),the more u show us the more feedback u ll receive.
I like the setup,its not the MAX but doesnt has to be always malossi
You r out for sprinting or track?U still got lots of work

How well did the BWs block bolt up to the Herchee scooter? I think that the metal tube that connects the engine to the subframe is different on the two bikes. I had a Chinese scooter that I bought a Zuma block for, but I sold it before I put the engine in. I kept the engine of course.
