-43mm stroke italkit.
It is cheap, but it is not very quality i think. Italkit is from Spain( i am spanish).

- 44mm stroke 2f4r
I think it is very good crank but very expensive.

-44mm stroke fabrici
This crank look good, but also is very expensive.

It look well, and it is cheap.

Sceed 42 is not a stroker crank, this is the name of the brand.

There is also an Athena stoker crankshaft it's quite good and not very expensive, there is also a barikit stroker crankshaft, it's good too.

Hi Browni,

ahh ok! i thought sceed 42 was 42mm stroke lollll!.

Yes, i didnt remember the athena and barikit i dont know...
I will check. Keep in mind I am spanish and Barikit is here, italkit is 30minutes from my home... :).

Do you know if any crank takes 16mm transmission axis??.
Regards.

I'd say get a crank like Mexicano said, for a Jog90. Those are 16mm splines and its usually a 12mm con rod. But get like a 45 or a 47mm with a 53 or 54mm bore.

@cantdrive55 and mexicano

Thanks for the reply!.
Yes i want 16mm like jog90 style!.
Since i want use the MHR variator 16mm, and anothers variators fitted to this diameter, even with this diameter is harder than 13mm axis.

@$aint
I was seeing this link:
http://www.strokeitimports.com/stroke it imports home.htm

I would be interesting on crank with 43 or 44mm stroke, maybe 45mm like this link. I dont know what brand is it, maybe FM.
I would like to know the diameter of lobes. Fabrici 44mm stroke is 72,5mm. So i suppose 73 or 74mm of crankshaft 45mm stroke. Do you know the diameter of lobes? and width of both lobes?. I dont know if it is neccesary remove material in each side to fit this cranks from jog90.

@rydah
Yep kundo build 43mm stroke. Now they have new cranks similar to last MHR or polini evo, with less splined. But i dont know if use the same system for 43mm stroker crank. Really are very similar to mhr cranks.
47 is a lot for me, i want max 45mm, the case is a limit.
@tiba
I read you know a lot of this cranks. Can you tell me the measures of crank?.
I would like to know the width and diameter of lubes. And if the lenght of axis is the same than normal minarelli 50cc and only change the transmission diamter to 16mm, the splined is the same in number and ...

Thanks for all.

José:

I'm using a crank from Stroke it imports, as well as cylinder, my crank is 47m.m and my cylinder is 54 m.m., my cases are fro CPI Hussar 90c.c., so I didn't remove any material, 47 m.m. crank has a 76 m.m. lobes diameter x 28m.m. wide (both lobes).

As far as I know(If yur engine is 50c.c. from factory), you will have to remove material for the diameter only, but not sure...may you ask Astrolopitec (Forum Folk)

There is a folk in this forum with a project like this:
http://forum.scooterforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=110721

Also you can see mine here:

I can help you to get your parts from Dave's (stroke it imports) and you could help me to get a Metrakit ignition with lights kit)

Regards,

Hi Mexicano,

Thanks for the link, yep i checked your and Astrolopitec project.
Exact, I can't use your crank, it is 76mm lobes and i need 77 or 78mm free space, i dont have space to do it, or maybe I could but i dont want weak case. I am seeing a lot of cranks stroker, but my main problem is I want axis splined 16mm. And it sounds only cranks from jog90 have this diameter.

Therefore, I would need from this engine. Since I can't use 47mm stroker crank, I would like to know if exist any with 45mm or 44mm which take less lobes diameter.
BTW, i see on Dave's the 45mm stroke crank is with small spline. Therefore is no useful for me. the stock crank is 39,2mm 72mm lobes diameter and wide of 26,9mm (both lobes).
the question is if exist any crank from jog90 of 43 or 44mm stroke, with 16 splines??.

I dont know what cilinder will use, but it is no problem for me, but for sure less than 50mm, i dont want a lot cc, around 80cc.

Regards and thanks.
