Yes! If you see your standard or Malossi reedcage it has got a "V" shape so it has got 2 sides, the new Stage6 reedcage has a "W" shape so it has got 4 sides, and the membrans moves less and has more inlet area! This type of reedcage is already works well in Motocross bikes for a long time! Tests showed Tassinari reedcage can add ~1HP more than a standard reedcage with carbon membrans!

on scooter-attack.com they are telling everybody it's coming soon.. but that was on 13 of august... :rolleyes:

they also showed a stage6 block from them... and there was the v-force reedcage on... but still not a sign of it on the online shop...
 
They assured me on the 14th September the reeds would take 3 more weeks.
They are real Vforce3 only in a SA box.
So it should be around the 3rd October.
You can pre-order them...
 
I just received mine...good looking Tassinari quality but no technicall info or anything else on the box.
Just the reedvalve box with insert 26,5x28mm.
Will measure reed thickness on the afternoon
I'll try it tomorow.
Hope they will sell the reeds as a spare and the carb doesn't need much tuning :)

What I have found with this reed cage is that you carb jetting vary only a few points, this is my experience at my 2,600 Mts. over sea level.......

And yes Tassinary sells the reeds as a spare almost $ 75.00 Usd. in the US!!!!!

In close co-operation with the American manufacturer Moto Tassinari, admits diaphragm block for high speed diaphragms within the CROSS engine range, developed the VForce3. Current and passage-optimized as well as patented structure of the double v diaphragm through almost causes a substantially better filling crankshaft housings duplication of the inlet cross section. In order to ensure the maximum achievement yield, the 28mm large provided venturi employment should be inserted. An evolution for 50cc 2-stroke mechanism engines.

looks very promising, more reed area without the extra petal lift which ensures longer petal life. the throttle response with the MHR VL14 is already excellent imho but i think this takes it a step higher.

spare reeds? why don't just buy spare carbonfiber sheets & cut them like the original petals on VF reeds? after all they're all made from the same material only different manufacturing procedures.
