hello there
i have a stage 6 racing cylinder and i have fitted it all but my acceleration is only slightly faster than my standard cylinder but when i get to about 45-50 mph it suddenly picks up speed. i think this could be something with the squish height if it was done right would my bike pick up speed straight away? it came with 4 metal spacer for the squish but i havent put eney of them on how do u set it up correctly? my set up is
stage 6 crank
stage 6 racing cylinder
yasuni c 16 (not the city)
clutch springs
6.5g rollers
kevlar belt
If eney 1 could get back to me on how to set it up right that would be great i realy need to sort this problem out thanks Tom

Why even buy such a cilinder-kit if you have no experience with 'tuning' the variator / clutch and carburettor?

You will probably have to fit rollers of about 3 - 4 gramms
You will also have to fit strong clutch springs, but if you have a standard clutch you'd better replace it for an adjustable one, because you can't adjust the standard clutch.

Do you measure your squish? because with no spacers it should give you about 0.15-0.20mm squish clearance, that's way to low. About your problem it's like other members say, to heavy rollers. Cheers
