speedfight slow pull away

hi i have got a speedfight 2
i pulls away so slow a bus can beat me of the line
after 10 MPH its off none of my mates can keep up but before that its rubish.
its derestricted with a leo vince ZX exaust and a performance variator
does anyone have any ideas why it is pulling away slow

sounds like your rollers are a bit too heavy. Try putting in the same roller weights as your friends if not a gram lighter then your friends and you should take off at the same speed if not quicker.

when i use lighter rollers i lose all top end. my top speed becomes about 35 Mph.
im using 5.5 g rollers at the moment

on SF 5,5 g is to light,with zx you need 7-7,5 g rollers and you must rejet your carb

whot spring on cluch do you have......stock?

i use the spring that came with the variator
its a little bit shorter than the standard one

you meen central spring that came with variator?maybe it to soft,try stock spring and 7-7,5 g rollers

hello m8. i had the same problem and i changed the clutch spring and now i've got a hell lot of a start u will also need to have rollers that match your kevlar
