Puch Maxi Custom 2010 7*' (Denmark DK)

Hello Scooterforum.net ,
I started with a Puch Maxi project as I would love to show up.

We start from scratch when I buy a 'ripped' Puch Maxi which is not even the engine .

Then I started to pimp it, I started to buy some rims (Standard Star Puch Maxi rims), but the one wheel missing a hub!
653351_l.jpg

Then I finally bought a Puch Maxi Standard Engine (E50 Kickstart).
653352_l.jpg

Now I had also purchased a new rear wheel where the hub was with.

Cylinder, Cylinder head and Carburetor (Standard).
653354_l.jpg

TNT Grid and BCD Orange Handles.
653355_l.jpg

Then my dad and I made a Puch Maxi chassis-amplifier* out of iron
653358_l.jpg

We had also made a custom Puch Maxi seat out of iron.
653359_l.jpg

Test fitting, since it would look like.
653360_l.jpg

New headlamp (Chrome / Black).
653361_l.jpg

Then we bought a Tomo Quadro (Sale without rims).
653362_l.jpg

Test fitting with Tomo Quadro rims + fork - The idea was scrapped!!
653363_l.jpg

Then came MiniBike Superbike (R1) into the picture.
653364_l.jpg

Removed the frame-amplifier again.
653365_l.jpg

Then came something of Minibike onto the Maxi, equal noticed that things are screwed together, not welded (ie that it is not constructive change, but pimp!).
653366_l.jpg

Then came the Fuel-Tank on.
653367_l.jpg

And the motorcycle (R1) parts.
653368_l.jpg

The Mudguard and rear wing (Aero).
653369_l.jpg

Was just trying to sit on it :winner:.
653370_l.jpg

The things have come back from sandblasting, and is on track to be run out to the Powder Coating (Black).
653371_l.jpg

Come back from powder coating.
653372_l.jpg

653373_l.jpg

The motorcycle-parts are abrasive and primed (With spray gun!).
653375_l.jpg

653376_l.jpg

653377_l.jpg

Test fitting again after motorcycle-parts returned from the auto paint.
653378_l.jpg

653380_l.jpg

653381_l.jpg

The exhaust to sit chewing - Test exhaust.

The right exhaust, which will sit on Lattice heat shields and chrome end.

More carbon vinyl.
The Project now, but there are a lot more!
Remember that Maxi has been focused on that it must be really delicious and at the same time be lawful (At any rate, on Danish roads)

omg hahahaha that is AWESOME!

It's weird to see such small R1 bodyparts with such big wheels!

Looks great man, very cool idea!

better call it "big wheels" project :p

in comparence with the rest these wheels are really HUGE

maybe use a pair of Tomos Youngster wheels?

The Tomos Wheels is 16" and the 17", so wont change the look very much, and yes, i am going to buy a 330mm front brake and a smaller to the back*D.

they are 12 inch , Youngster ;)

then you can also use the Youngster front fork , wich is a lot better and it has brake disks instead of drums..

use Google and type TOMOS YOUNGSTER

Tomos wheels are also in 17 inch , from a At50 or BT50 , with original brake disk and Marzocci hydraulic front fork , cant go much better then that on a Puch..

the original puch forks are very dangerous!! , very very very dangerous if you are going to use a huge brake disc like that!! I hope you have a good insurance :X

I used to have al lot of these Tomos front wheels but threw them away :X

Aha, but it would be a 'constructive change', also I not allowed to drive on Danish roads!

But it will only be look like with the brake discs, i wont get them to work:X
