[Projekt] Sprint Zip Sp

Hoi all Scootertuner in this Forum here.
My name is David and iam from Germany.

I have buy my Zip Sp over 2 years ago.
First i have try so sport thinks.
First i have painted the Scoot black / red. The wheels are special painted, it calls"pulverbeschichtet".

After this time i have buy me other Partz.

Hebo Manston rep.
Hebo Racing Krukas + c4 lager
Hebo NG
EVo Membranblock
Speed Drive
Speed Clutch 1 g
19er Dellorto
TP Nardo Exhaust
Bituo ZZB (backside)










After this i will make me a Zip which looks 100% better and goes a little bit faster on top speed. My Zip Sp is going 103 km/h and i hope this will be hold on, because iam not so an TOp Speed Freak.

What does pulverbeschichtet mean?
Is that something like powder coating or is it something else?

powder coating indeed Mitsjiel.

Damn Rizy, I think this scoot is going to look very well, I see more and more heavely tuned scoots from Germany, I like that. I will wonder your little machine (then I will talk German ) in Lelystad, good luck.

"pulverbeschichtet" means a special kind of paint.
That was makes with Sand....
I cant explain that now so good but i think powder coating is the right word for this.

PS: I have forget to say that my zip becomes frame Bars which will be polished.

My polish "ESD" ( Muffler i think )
The motorblock and the "Variodeckel"









The Partz look better in real as on pics but when it will be all finished you can see it on meetings.

at the moment his evo motor lies @ kiesler racing für tuning his motor he looke very nice
