playin with an aerox 100

hi guys. i'm new to this forum and to scoots in general but have a good grounding in engineering n bikes.
i need some info on my aerox 100 03 model
got a tk carb with 78 main and a damaged needle/circlip (worn) n
technigas exhaust.
rollers are 15x12 and grey in colour (not sure of weight yet)
can anyone tell me standard weights so i have a reference to play around and a replacement carb from breakers to try or should i stick with this n play with jets ?
i get max of 60mph but accn is bit weak
would like poss 10 more mph and lots more accn
any help would be much appreciated

The standard 100cc cilinders are very slow (relatively), especially in acceleration. Using a different carb won't really help anything if you leave the rest the samen. The best option would be a better cylinder but I'm not sure what will fit on your motor.. but when you do pick one, the rest of the parts can be adjusted to that cylinder. Dont go the other way around, like buying a different exhaust or vario and then adjusting the other parts to that.

Try asking your local scootershop if there is a good one in your area about available cylinders (you'll end up with a fast 70cc I'm guessing)
