Piaggio crankshaft removal and torques?

Got a Malossi RHQ and am ready to do the R & R.

Lots of info on here for the crank and bearing install so I'm pretty sure I'm OK on that part, but what about splitting the case? How do I get it apart? Rubber hammer? Heat? Will I need a puller?

Also torques for the variator and flywheel nuts and case bolts? Thanks.
