Hello all.

I'm John from Norway.
I want to show you my Formula 50 LC, which I have started as a project.
It has a fault, that make it boil the water. I will try to fix this problem first, then some tuning.
Oh I forgot to mention that many panels is cracked, which you can't see on the pictures.
This is also been taking care of, and it will therefore need new paint and stickers.

Pictures looks good, but it's not.
She has a lot of broken panels, and the exhaust is rusten all way.

I have now taken the engine out, and opened the sidedecker.
I could not figure out how to use this variatorholding tool.
But now I do :)

Thanks for the comment. I just love it to death :)

I did buy this from Ebay today. (£50 !!)
It was cheaper then just the parts, and it looks ok to me.

I have started to fix the frontpanel.
It is missing 3 lugs, and I have make new ones like this.
Time will show if it will hold up, but looks good so far.

Did melt a paperclip into the plastic.

dscn1801.jpg

Then tok my kids "clay" and make a mould from the lug that was ok.

dscn1802o.jpg

Filled it with fiberglas spartel, and vola a new lug.

Hello my friend in Holland :)
The Hebo kit is a 68 ccm for the Suzuki Katana, and it was the last one in Norway.
I have found a few in Denmark, and can send you the link if you like.

i guess you're lucky then if that was the last one.
the kit looks great, but just one question: what is that spring on the exhaust for?
i've seen it before on Yazuni's but it's between two solid points, so what's the use?
greetings from Holland.

Got some big problems with the new cylinder.
It does not fit!!!!!

dscn1840m.jpg

But it looks realy good compare to the old one.

dscn1838z.jpg

The Yasuni R on the other hand, seems to be ok.
I have of course to modify the engine bracket, as this is for the Suzuki Katana.

dscn1829.jpg

There was two restrictors in the exhaust.

I might found a solution to the problems.
I have writen a email to Scooter-center in Germany, and ask if they can made a special Crankshaft with a Suzuki conrod, so the stroke is 5mm longer. Moving the 4 cylinderbolts should not be a problem.

What do you expert think of this, it should be possible?
