More speed out of my moped

Hi all,

I've got a Piaggio Zip 2stroke 50cc and it currently runs at an average of about 30mph, which is pretty damn slow!

I'm going to get the Stage 6 PRO CE Exhaust and take the spacer off the variator. Is that enough to increase the speed or is there more things I should do?

If I buy this exhaust will it come with all the the things that're needed to install it (bolts, brackets, springs, whatever?). I've got a friend who will install it for me but I need to make sure I've got all the bits!

Are there any other things I should buy and install that will make a difference to the performance?

Thanks all, it's great to be part of the forum!

Derestrict the whole thing, then jet it and adjust the rollers etc properly, if needed. If you dont know how to, see what a local scooter specialist asks for this ($)

If u buy a new exhaust u commonly will get new rollers. Also u have to remove the Vario-Ring, thats a little ring in front of your variator and below ur V-Belt. And u also have to change the nuzzle in the Carburator for a larger one.
