mk pro race2 nrg power

hello,
my names matt im 18 years old from bristol in the uk.
since im board with nothing to do, i thought i would share my project with you.

its a 2005 nrg power dd
currant spec:

metrakit pro race 2 70cc
metrakit pro race exhaust
top racing evolution crankshaft
mhr selectta ignition
stage6 vf3 reed block
stage6 double layer filter
polini 2g evo clutch
skf bearings
polini speed control variator
pm tuning primary and secondary gear up kits
mhr gear oil
stage 6 pwk 24mm carb
stage 6 spacer and manifold
tnt bar conversion
stage 6 rpm gauge
stage 6 quick action throttle and switch gears
side stand
poloni kevalar belt
all brand new screws in the engine

my colours are
gloss black and lambo orange.

i got a bit of work to do including work to the cases and cylinder (from wednesday)

oh ye, and its for the road

im keeping the inner pannels new (original) the outside pannels black
and using nrg mc3 wheels in orange, the front grill orange, forks black, and petrol cover and side covers orange

the engine is gunna be black with the orange side case

Engine looks very nice.

right spent the day doing the engine and sorting out the cylinder

done the squish (first time)
cylinder on
rollers in
veriator and clutch all tigtened and belt in
wiring loom back in frame (needs sorting out )
engine in the frame
sidestand on

it now resembles a bike whoo :wub:

the exhaust is on such a werid angle just to fit into the subframe is this normal??

got a few questions tho
first being the metrakit pro race exhaust has a crap fittment and the bracket dosnt make sense at all
i had to remove the exhaust sleeve just to get it over the subframe and there is a huge gap between the casing and a small gap between the tyre is there somthing i have done wrong? :S

secondly
on the malossi cdi unit it has a few wires coming out (original has a plug)
and the coil has 2 clips( i assume 2 of the wires from the cdi attach onto the coil) but i have no idea how its spossed to wire up
or even if i can use the cdi and coil (its from the mhr ignition)

would be very gratefull if someone can help
i took a few pics to show you what i mean

I never used a bracket for my Pro Race Exhaust. I just used a long bolt, and it worked fine.

was thinking of making my own bracket

i just bought myself a few more things
stage 6 forks
stage 6 280mm disk
stage 6 adapter
stage 6 4pot caliper (orange)
stage 6 adjustable levers (orange)
anthena unlimited cdi (not using the mhr ignition)
and some more mesh

im gettin the italkit selecttra ignition from new instead of the second hand mhr one
the forks i got off a mate who has converted them to use a nrg mc3 wheel using a gilera ice yoke and custom cnc spacers

oh and a fresh powdercoated black wheel

the levers look :love:
i have to pick the forks up in a few weeks but i have some pics of what it looks like from his typhoon

How's your work with the project?
I am also puzzled by the plug on his NRG POWER ...
Native wheel can be used with a Stage6 Aerox fork. Axis for Aerox does not fit to NRG wheel?
