Malossi Overrange 2005 vs Malossi Overrange 2000 what is the difference?

Greetings, What difference is there in the design and function of Malossi Overrange 2005 vs Malossi Overrange 2000. and is the rear pulley 128mm in dia. I have been to the Rooste (Pipe builder) site and he has a mod. that he uses,with a 128mm rear torque driver. My set-up is metra-kit sp-2 tuned, koso intake with carbon fiber reeds, tuned carters, metrakit 107mm bell and clutch, Tillotson 334 B carb (24mm) and crappy technegas rs pipe and 17/40 gear kit on yam. jog.

I also have polini (very old) variator.

They changed the variator to 19*15.5 size weights. (Same type as piaggio engine).
There is no change in functionality, no improved running. Also, the 'new' variator (which has been around since 2000 anyway) cannot be installed with the electric start gear in place.
