This is my AC Hyper.

Carb: Stage 6 PWK 28mm Tuned by P-T
Intake: Stage 6 mainfold

The bike is now rolled up on the tuningtable.Only the frame, breakingsystem and handlebar ar mounted together.I´m buying a MHR exhaust next week.

Because the dutch salesman bailed out I´ve decided to save my euros this month to buy myself a roost exhaust next month.

Next week the Koso rpm teller,Polini EVO AC 70cc, Malossi OR kit and Polini digital cdi arrives.I´m cutting the frame today,more pics in the evening.

After I unpacked the parts I got pretty discusted of the dirt on the cylinder and cylinderhead so I cleaned them a bit.

The digital cdi got some cleaning,pretty nice with the polinilogo aight?.I also have bought a Stage 6 28mm PWK from provetuning that´s going to arrive next week.

Today I transferred money for a stage 6 hpc crank.Hopefully it will arrive next week.I also have recived a stage 6 mainfold that is mounted on the carb.

The last friday the Stage 6 HPC crank arrived.I also took som photos of the PWK 28mm carb with my almost brand new stage 6 mainfold and I also got a really crappy image of the beginning of the tuning of the block.

what a mess have they made of the cilinderkit , and 2 o-ring grooves :?

and the variator is completely warn off , the guy you got it from should have got a real kick in the nuts for this abuse , really.....

what color(s) will the scooter have afters spray-painting?
 
Nice project. That typhoon should run like a scalded monkey with some tuning.

Let us know how hot it runs once you get it running with the Koso temp gauge.
 
I had the koso rpm and tempature meter for ac to , but it did not do well , I now use a AIM mychron light wicht gives me the right temperature....
 
I haven´t decided the color yet but I´m thinking about using a very light green.Or perhaps maybe light blue or purple.
