So I am planning to put a Stage6 sport pro MK2 cylinder with 21mm carb and a polini evo variator and some other stuff.
And the question is do I have to use premix or could I run my stock oil pump or could i get a better oil pump?

Oil pomp usually doesn´t give enough oil at powerful setups. You can´t adjust the oil pump either in most cases.
You could either add a little bit oil with your fuel tank at every full tank at a gas station or you can disable the oil pump and prepare your own mixture.
