Fitting oil pump

Hi i have a Honda X8rs owned it for 10 years , has sat in the garage last 3 years want to use it again , drained and cleaned out the fuel tank , removed and cleaned the carb , drained and cleaned the oil tank and the pipes , removed the oil pump cleaned it , is now lubricated with oil but want to now how to install it ? And how to fill the oil tank ........ Do you have to bleed the system of air ? If so whats the best way ?
