my new 50m cylinder head from am6 is gone to be milled so its fits on the minarelli stud pattern, ill post pics as soon as i get that back

hmm do you mean the place where the ring opens?
well ive checked it and its sliding over the nikasil not over a port, its perfect i think :)

sure its much better with the malossi reed petals !
i made a presurre test and the reed closes 100% when the piston is moving downwards
before with the original V-force reed petals this did not happen !
tomorrow i will have some really cool pictures from my sprintframe and from the 80cc engine

it was really a bitch to make the shape :(
it took me a really sharp knife a dremel and about 2 hours
two of the kleps from Tassanari sealed quite well so i kept them so it was only the two outside ones i replaced
i just bought a big 10cm*10cm carbon reed sheet and then i cut the v-force reed shape out
tommorro i will take a more detailed picture ;)

here i have started to build my sprintframe :D
first i needed to machine a new head steering section so i built this

sure i know if the front welds snap going at full speed this will be a bad situation :(
but i have placed some supports so that if they do snap the frame will still stay in one piece
the roads are going to be so smooth that i will drive on.

heres the frame at 95% complete
