We cut asunder the Hebo 50 cc exhaust (HR100103) and we saw this:
But not only the Hebo do this, the Leo Vinci and some Giannelli is like this. If you see 2 or 3 little weldings before the confuser (on the staright section) then your pipe is restricted! These pipes are very quit but not resonators!!!
What do you think?

I think it sux, cuz it looks "fast" but it isn't, so you'll get more attention from the police, whilst not getting the performance you should get
Btw. Do you have a picture from the outside (showing the weldings)?
