MHR Speed (official name MHR Team 70) has a loose head in 2 parts, exterior head and a "burning chamber".
MHR Cross is the same cilinder as the speed, but the piston has its "pistonpin hole" 5 mm higher and there for you need a 85mm crankshaft.
MHR Team (official name MHR 70) has a head that is fixed in 1 part.

as far as i know
The Cross is for better torque.
The Speed is very high end cylinder (the answer to your question)
The MHR TEAM is very good also, but the Speed is better.

Please correct me if i worng.

Speed and cross are the same cilinders, just different piston. If this is your first racing cilinder, better go for a team. Speed and cross are very high end racing cilinders, very expensive and sensitive.
