now my body kit came home from the paintjob, also i got my big intake and my kehin 21mm carburator

i builded on The exaust but it didn't fit so well that i thought but efter a time laborationg with diffrent bolts i got it to fit,
my moped is at a friend now cause under the testrun the mainfold and my throttle wire broke.
i can tell u guys that it gave some power multivar and TJT exaust
going to film it soon^^...

i sat 35h in a row with only the damn ignition



ok, don't whine it's will be fixxed just bought it.








now i can tell you that i can't putt full throttle cause then i crash
now i started the first layer on my bodywork

great project, but get the proper tools man!!! it is alright to remove the flywheel with screw drivers but a flywheel puller is better..also if u are goin to do it that way then u should have two screw drivers (same legth and size) and be putting pressure on even sides of the flywheel while hammering on the crankshaft bolt(loosly on threads)...with the eaven pressure and the vibration the fly wheel should pop right off...also when putting flywheal,vario,and clutch unit u should use and imact wrench..a air ratchet simply wont cut it!!!i did it that way before and my clutch unit cam loose and grinded my gear wheals off and and broke my casings...i had to throw engine away... get impact wrench and use that on a low power setting...

great scooter though... how does hebo manston2 cil perform compared to mhr ac..also how does tjt perform...and what size and brand carb is that?

ok here we go , when i was taking loose the flyweel on the pic, i was scratching my balls, i used 2 identical skreewdrivers, when i where wrenching :hmm: the bolt on the flyweel i used a bolt-skreewer (lol) for my high pressure aircompressor, also i used the hardest locktite for bolts. so its nearly impossible that it will fly off, i cant even get it off anymoore,
thx, not many ppl like my building methods, but the strange thing is that i always get it to work, even with a very hight power...
The tjt exaust is for sport/midrace it performed well @ MHR but when i bought c16 instead it was a sick performande i felt with my new cyl tuning and RPM. to bad it was air cooled i tuned to mutch, so it got to hot and broke, after a while... the Hebo manston is nearly twice the effect it feels like that, but the MHR cyl is not very good axxeleration vs manston, if you're want to go fast @ roads i reccomend the MHR mutch cheaper and i think my scooit went faster with mhr 120kph with standard reeving.. anyway the carb is a Stage Mikuni tm 24 it's like a replica. not exaktly cause it's not leagal for stage 6 to du identical carbs with mikuni, the diffrences is the quality on the throttle mine is only painted black and wears of after a while. and mikunis is Anoded oxide-black. and my choke is also mutch nicer. easier to find when you're reatching for it thats the diffrencres i thin.

my scoot is allowed for 30kp/h if it goes faster the cops will take me their everywhere. i don't drive the scoot on the roads anymoore. i don't want em to take my parts!. btw, im from Sweden
