Can I ride a 70cc or 80cc whilst documents say 50cc ?

Hi, I'm new to motorcycles. I am 15 years old ( I live in Latvia ) and I know that the max CC I can ride is 50, but, I found motorcycles which say in documents 50cc but In real life 70cc or 80cc. I searched through google but found no information about that So my question is, can I ride a little higher CC bike whilst the documents say its 50cc ?

Well, you can, but it won't be legal, I don't know how it works in Latvia but in most countries you risk getting your motorcycle being impounded by police if it has more CC as legal / registered in the documents of the motorcycle.
