I got my new Bitubo rear shock absorber today, thanks to Mr. Aerox for the help with the dimensions!

Now I'm in need of the wrench to adjust the spring...it didn't came with the shock absorber...any ideas where to get this tool?

Big hand tool brands make univeral hook wrenches! Try to find a big tool shop. Or maybe you can find this tool at scooter/motor shops!

you wont harm the nut if you remove the pressure on the spring first

just keep your scooter lifted upwards then gently tap it

From the looks of it, it has a single pre-load adjuster ring.

Now even if he lift his scooter, if he wants to increase pre-load (and I guess so, since it's now on its lowest setting) he has to move the ring againt spring pressure.
So lifting it, will help for the first, but not by much.
