Nice project!
Where do you come from?

I would go for the js90 or even the js80, good price, good performance, light weight.

because they work at higher rpm than tex JS tubes do

i would have bought a Roostpipe Sprinte type hr (70cc). beacause they work at higher rpm than e.g JS90/JS80 cc exhaust do :)

I come from Gothenburg in Sweden
heard that js80 and js90 exhaust pipes perform equally well or even better then the exhaust pipes from roost build for the big bore 86cc cylinder, and like you said a little bit cheaper :)

interesting :) but I think that I will go for the js90 and see how much power it gives,
after that I will test some other exhaust pipes to see which gives the most power. I also have thoughts on building home-made pipes

Nice project, the frame colors looks nice on the picture

What cylinder did you drive on 2009..?

the exhaust seems a 2fast or a TCR ;)

thanks :) the idea was to drive on the big bore 86cc but I never got a chance to put the big bore engine together last year 2009, so I and a friend drove on the TCR 80cc cylindern.
Here are some picture when the frame is clear painted

Nope, just the nitro oxide system at the picture but that was actually from Robin at abg
but i think that he will drive whit a normal horizontally minarelli block instead of the sonic egine? ;)

aha :! okay. i dont know actually. Your frame building looks really fucking good

Oke looks very nice your cat like it even to :p

How much HP did you get out the of the TCR 80cc

I have still also the 80cc TCR engine under my sonic and still not tested..

Next year SAWE ?

greets

glad you liked it :W Risedal and I was thinking of starting building frames if we had access to a fixed-tig welding

maybe I will be at SAWE, I have not decided yet but one thing is certain I will be at the DHS next year :)

the TCR 80cc cylinder just gave around 22.76hp after a few rounds in the dyno, becuse of problems with a broken gasket
however, it was enough for a second place in the only race we could run before the season was over

here is Risedals results of the T.C.R 80cc cylinder:

150m: 6.9
Reaction time: 0.041
Top speed: 143 km/h
Sprint Top speed: 109 km/h
Hp: 22.76
