Hi all, my first post!
I have an Aprilia SR50 Ditech Morini 50cc 2003,
I have just fitted a replacement crankshaft from Barikit, but I can't get
it started, Everything else on the scooter has pretty much been repaced-
Main bearings, Air compressor, battery except the original piston and rings.
It was running before I had to change the bearings due to a grinding racket.
Would it be because of a wrong crank/piston combination?
The arrow on the Piston crown was pointing down?
Anyones help appreciated!:?

i have a few of thease but only 1 ditech i have had lodes of problems:'( with mine and had to get a copy of the repair manuel from a aprilia dealer but from what your saying it sounds like the injector isent working thats (check the wires to make sure they aint broken) if you have a spark (change the plug as i go through a plug every few days) check the fuel compresser is working and not got any leaks does the fuel pump run when cranked over? have you got enouth compresion ? if no luck reply and ill see what else it could be.
