Aprilia rx 50 wont idle

It has a sports exhaust but standard otherwise

we have checked all electrics
Spark plug
Plug cap
Generator
New reed valves
Been through jets 60, 62, 65, 68, 70, 72, 75

it runs well through the rev range and pulls really well but just wont tick over

Any ideas cos im all out
