Adly Supersonic

Hello.

This is the project of my Adly Supersonic, which is lasting this winter-period.

It uses a licensed Minarelli AC motor, so all Minarelli parts can be used (except transmission).

The scooter was bought new at august 2002, and looked like this:

And i fitted the following setup to it right away:

Hebo Alu 70 .
Hebo Performer Titan.
Hebo NG vario.
21mm DO PHBG.

I drove the streets quite alot and eventually i got stopped by the police, and they took it all.

So it stood still for a while, and i used my other scooter for transportation.

And now im starting a new project, which involves a new paintjob, cutouts, motortuning and so on.

The following setup will be the new setup:

- MHR 70 AC.
- Evo pen12 crank.
- Evo 2 exhaust (the new one).
- Mikuni TM 24mm.
- Evo reedvalve
- Italkit innerrotor.
- Evo vario.
- Evo 2G clutch.
- Evo 128mm speedrives.
Etc.

The paint job will be dark blue as main color, with white rims and details.

Ive got some cutouts in mind for the 'inner' plastic, but havent decided what it will be yet.

Here are some pictures of the parts:

Status right now is that the crank is mounted and the engine-blok is assembled. Im waiting for the innerotor and the Mikuni, before the engine can be fully assembled.

In about 1½ month all the plastic and the rims will go to the painter, for the new paintjob.

Thats all for now, will keep the topic updated as the project evolves.

Cheers.
ph0.

Ps. please post all comments in english.

I think this is the first Adly project i've seen. It looks pretty nice as it is now. Your new setup will be nice to, even your new color combo will be nice i think. I'm gonna follow this

Nothing, thats from the factory.
My friend's MHR Team Cross also haves it, and have seing on quite a few Evo/MHR etc. so there gotta be a reason why.

offtopic: dat heet spijltje terug leggen wordt meestal uit de fabriek gedaan. is tegen het uitzetten van je spijl zo dat die daar niet op vastloopt.

Thanks for the kind replies.

Im also excited about testing the MHR 70, i think it looks pretty strong for a AC cylinder.

really nice scoot i think!! havent see that model before!

i think dont paint it..... it already looks cool

cheers

If the cilinder get's hot, the thin wall between the exhaust ports can expant more so the piston maight hit it.....

I was also told that, and that of course makes sense, but its very rough IMO. Should i make it more fine/smooth?

Update.

Today i got my Mikuni TM 24mm carb. with TP 24mm inlet-manifold and some extra sparkplugs (B10HS).

Some pictures:

Ive also sold my Evo 2 pipe, and have orderes a Bidalot C20 which will arrive in a couple of weeks.

The MHR kit is mounted, and also the carb.
