Acceleration/rollers (HELP)

Im new here
i have a malaguti f15 firefox

but i have a problem with it.
from 30 to 40kmh there is a flat spot where i get very little acceleration. when it gets to 40kmh it accelerates very strong.

the scooter has been de restricted and has a racing exhaust and jets to sute.

do you lot know what the problem is?

You need a harder contra spring, because as your spring is too soft, it doesn't close the pulley all the way in, missing low revs.

where would i get these springs?
is there a certin strengh of spring needed?

You can search on your local dealer, or order from scooter-attack, and many others. As your scooter is not heavy tuned, i would buy one alittle more harder then the stock one, guess 15% should work just fine, but the % vary from brand to brand. good luck
