A little tuning help/confirmation

Hello all,
I'm having a little difficulty tuning a Kymco ZX 50 Super Fever. This is what the current set-up is:

Airsal T6 48mm
Arreche 19mm carb
Motorio pipe
Motorio clutch
Motorio "Yellow" torque driver spring
Motorio variator
5.0g roller weights

(The Motorio stuff comes "pre-packaged" for the ZX 50, so I'm confident they are the right components for this level of tune)

Heres the problem:
The scooter just sits still instead of taking off from a stop. I have to hold the throttle WOT and it gradually takes off after a few seconds. I'm convinced the issue is the carb set-up, but was looking for input from this community before taking stupid risks.
The reason I suspect the carb is because if I remove the OEM airbox, it takes off just fine. Put the airbox (de-snorked) back on and it bogs. My question is, is the main jet too big?
The thing is, with the current main jet, my plug is just a very dark gray color (with the box on) when I was able to do a WOT plug chop. Therefore I am a little nervous about installing the next smaller jet in it and running it down the road.
Thanks for any assistance!

dont use this Arreche 19mm carb!!!! it is terrible!!! because it doesn't matter which main jet you use!! use a dellorto!!!19mm carb!!

Yamashi, you have to be aware that most people in the US have been swayed by a certain shop in Key West florida that the areche carb is a good thing. They've done a mostly fantastic job in distributing tuning parts in the US. Better than anyone else over here, but they have sold this carb to most every shop telling them that it is the best. I agree that the areche is a weak link. But many people over here think that motorio, areche, airsal and tecnigas are the best products ever because that's what they are sold.

I think the areche should be ditched as well, but most people refuse so I'd say that a much smaller main jet is probably in order as well as lighter variator weights, maybe 4 gram. start with the carb.

Yamashi, I've put Arreches' on several scoots and they ran great. I've also used Dellorto. I find that the Arreche is easier to set up. Too many people like to bash Arreche and Airsal based on what they read on forums. Most problems are due to the tuner, not the equipment.
Brookspeed, I figured it was the main, I just was looking for a second opinion, thanks.
