Hello , I'm going to do my Aerox 70cc .
I have a small list of my tuning parts what i want .
Can somebody recommend me , what i have change on this seting or smth .

Exhaust - Yasuni R
Cylinder - Polini Corsa
Crank - Doppler Endurance & c4
Variator - Doppler S2br
Carb - Dellorto 17,5 PHVA Manual Choke

So , i don't want put bigger varb , because i have 17,5mm at the moment .
I want to study stunting , if Polini Sport 70 could stunting with aerox, then i choose that.

Thanks !

Alpss .

Imo the sport is beter for stunting because it gives its peakpower at lower RPM's
Put a stage6 street exhaust on it for lots of bottom-end power.
C3 bearings will do! C4 is only needed for high end racing setups! C4 will cause more wear on you setup.
I would put on a Hebo clutch to.

I have Yasuni R at the moment . But , is Sport really better to stunt ?
I looked in Youtube Andreas Gustaffson's video and i visited his homepage too .
He has on his aerox Corsa & Gianelli exhasut ...

Alpss, I think the stunt video (great by the way), shows
not so much power from the engine as much as skill
from the rider.

wheel max 200km??

Stunting is more control over the bike, not power! Most stunters over here have a full stock engine.
If you want more power, you'll need bottom-end power. So you'll need a low reving setup.

Aloha, I really hate to say this, but the Leovinci ZX would be good for bottom end along with a sports cylinder. frank
