30mm OKO flooding problem.

Got a weird one.
When ever I open up past half way. My carb floods, the float gets stuck open and I piss gas from the overflow tube.
I've inspected the float valve. Adjusted it for a lower gas level. But the float still gets stuck open when I open up the throttle. My carb sits in nicely horizontal position..
Any one has run into this problem ?

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question...

Are you sure its' from the overflow tube? On the OKO carb, there is a tube in the front of the carb that is actually a fuel passage, and the tube fills with fuel shortly after turning the throttle. It travels from close to the base where the bowl meets the carb body, to the top of the carb.

The tube you refere to is for the power jet.
It's definitely the over flow tube that pises big time. Once the float gets stuck. It pises even with the motor off. But it's only when I give it big throttle that it gets stuck.
I'll open her up again today. The float must be rubing agaist the side of the bowl or something.

I found the problem.
One of the floats was rubing against the jet tower in the midle of the bowl.
