these are the videos of our race yesterday at clark, we raced in the 90cc & 125cc scooter class, we managed to win the 90cc class & placed 2nd in the 125cc class.

watch the 125cc race as these were the best races of the day, some real close racing between 2Fast Yamaha Jog vs Honda Dio G125 which is the fastest 125 dragscooter in the island of Luzon.

here are some of the pics of the race between the 2F4R Yamaha Jog & the Honda Dio G 125, i had to pause the videos to take some pics of small the gap was, it can be mesured in hundredths of a second.

the red scooter is the Honda Dio G 125cc, the 2Fast Yamaha Jog scooter is the one with the black front cowl on the right lane.

anyway we are happy to take 2nd place in the 125cc class, we only entered the 2Fast to test the new setup against the 125's to see how fast the new setup really is.

Do you know how much hp that 125 has?
 
Tiba told me they were around 26 whp. And they are not very light either :)

by my estimates they should be around that figure but they have the advantage of more torque that's why even if we can get off the line at the same time the 125's beefy torque curve pushes them past us very quick for the first 100m but after that the 2Fast starts to reel them in.

also the Honda G is a lot lighter than our dragscooter, aircooled engine, light & compact frame plus light & small rider (40kgs & very skilled).

there are still a few things that can be done to make the 2Fast more powerful. a 30mm carb, special head from Teddy should be just right, i just need a bit more torque to stayt with the 125's for the first 100m. if Teddy would only make a true 90cc 2Fast kit that would be the answer to our prayers. :D

without the custom pijp from XSH we wouldn't have accomplished this feat, i did a few modifications to the exhaust flange so it matches up perfectly to the 2Fast uitlaat poort, massive power increase.

you guys (the Dutch) ROCK!!! :D

nice, eventhough you lost against the 125 cc it still shows that 2fast can keep up with it. is your 2fast stock or tuned? why did you paint the 2fast black?!?!

the port timing is still stock, i only smoothened the surfaces of the ports but no polishing. there is still a bit left to be done like a bigger carb (30mm), special head from Teddy (MT), RR krukas (rod90), if we can push the 2Fast kit to make 28 to 29 hp (estimate now is 26 to 27hp) i am very sure we can win in the 125cc class.

i painted it so they think it's a Taiwan made FRC cast iron kit, it fooled them the first time they saw it & when it won the championship the first time they wanted us to open the engine to inspect if it was under the limit (95cc). i was very happy to oblige them, i declared the bore & stroke of the kit & when i said the kit & crank came from Italy they withdrew the protest.

now they know what a 2Fast kit can do & they are asking how & where can they get one, i just said good luck with hunting, there is always TCR. :D

haha tiba, painting the cylinder nice sneaky move there. But holy crap, that thing goes!!!

thanks man, painting the cilinder flat black has an added benefit as well, heat dissipates much quicker with flat black engine enamel so in between runs the cooldown period becomes much shorter than unpainted surface.
 
Tiba, are you allowed aerodynamic mods? Feel a bit silly
presuming to give suggestions :), but it looks like you
have a lot more chest area exposed than the other rider.
