Hello!

My name is Eric, I'm 18 and lives in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This is my first (but absolutly not my last!) scoot projekt, hope you'll like it

SETUP :

* Minarelli LC DD Tuned by Holman and Me

* Cylinder1: Malossi MHR Team BigBore 77cc (Untuned so far)

* Cylinder2: Hebo Manston Revolution (Untuned so far)

* crankshaft: Malossi MHR @ 12mm

* Exhaust: ABG Pipe (c21 spec)

* Ignition: Pvl Analog

* Carburator: Mikuni Tm28ss

* Mainfold: Malossi Shortneck for piaggio

* Airfilter: Stage6 Double Layer black

* Reedvalve: VForce 3 by Tassinari

* variator: Malossi Mhr Ovarrange @ 107mm

* Clutch: Malossi delta @ 107mm

* Clutchbell: Malossi MHR

* Belt: Malossi X-Cevlar

SAFETY:

* Stage6 280mm Oversize disc in front

* Stage6 Wavedisc in rear

* Fournales 325mm suspension

* Killswitsch

* Reich Pump @ 15L / min

* Kiesler rim rear

Here's some pics of how the scoot looks like today As you kan see there's a lot of work left on the body.
I'm searching for some covers for the headlight so I can fix an undertail etc. The one on the picture is for the front

Update 8/1 -09!

Hi! Been a while since last update in this thread, but here it is
After some inspiration from other scoots i bought a handlebarkit today.
Maybe there will be a better kit later, but I'm pretty happy with this result

UPDATE 23/1

Hi! It's been a while since update now, but here it is
Yester day I visited the capital city of Sweden, Stockholm, and the Mc show in Älvsjö. I met my friends from our biggest scooterforum in Sweden
there and we had a verry good time together

One friend of mine sponsored me on the last needing piece to my engine!
I'm really thanful and want to say a big THANKS to Alex!

What's left now before the first startup is to modifie the block after my BigBore cylinder, do some sandblasting and give it some paint

UPDATE 27/1

Hi! Now I hade modified the block for my OR-Kit, now a friend of mine has the engine so he can modifie it for the cylinder. Should have it back this week.
Then I bought some necessary parts for me and my engine

Can tell you that it is many people in sweden who is driving whit and abg exhaust. He is realy good now do i must say

Haha thx ...the problem is that I need 3 (!) sheilds for the headlight to complete the mods on the rear,
I just got t´he one for the front now

Would you tell me how you lowered down front end of your scoot? Are you just turn off srews which are holding the front absorbers, or you cut them a little bit? Thanks, and happy new year : ))
