I think the carb isn´t going to work to well in that position, i think the maximo inclination of the keihin carbs is 30º

nice bike. your motor looks like a honda dio. if so you can try 52.5mm or 54mm
crank and even a koso 55mm bore or a pop 54mm watercooled bore to make your bike into a 90+mph monster.
