I'm also curious to see the exhaust :) but you're machines are looking very nice and also nice scores with those cilinders ;)

Nice reedvalve. How are you going to let the valves close 100% ?

The two reed petal edges give enough sealing (you have to adjust the petal edges properly), sanding the reed petal edges with P600 sand paper is also necessary.

"perfect" sealing is not necessary for a high rpm engine.

This reed design is quite old, many karts use this type of reedcage.
