big bore aerox.. from croatia..

hi.. my name is dario, i come from osijek, croatia.. i drive yamaha aerox.. scooter is for everyday use, so no high end tuning like most others on this forum...

it's 2004. rossi replica, after 3 years painted to blue-white combo, and now grey-black...

the setup is:
Malossi rhq 12mm crankshaft
TP trophy tuned by hac, due+ 48.0 mm piston 12mm, modular head
SKF c4 bearings, corteco
dellorto 21 bs, polini big valve, either malossi E13 or modified airbox.
Yasuni c16 black
malossi mhr2005, malossi torque, stage6 wingcooler, delta, primar 13/44, top performances belt, and of course torsion control :D
carters tuned
ignition timing modified

as for the visual, polished forks, water pump cover, stage6 waterpump, stage6 temp gauge, drag, and rear undertail is under production...

hello.. it has been a while since a last update.. i am a little bit bored and the weather is terrible and i was looking some old photos and videos from this summer and remembered this forum..

after last setup broke down i was tired of 70cc tuning, (3 years of endless combinations, lots of money spent, many parts tried, from trophy to tpr, from leovince zx to roost and so on.. ) so i bought a piaggio 180cc engine in parts and decided to fit it on my aerox. since i was buying part by part, i decided to put all new bearings, new water pump, every bit is in excellent condition.and so i bought a new PM tuning 54mm stroke crankshaft, new piston with rings, malossi multivar, dellorto 25mm carburetor, malossi e13 filter and ignition from AC engine, 34mm exhaust pipe, noncatalised exhaust. i tuned the cilinder, carters, cilinder head, ignition with top perf 3 degree shift, intake and so on. the rest of the engine is standard, white malossi contrast spring, white malossi clutch springs, 12.0 rollers. oil pump has been put out of use (mix 2%). the engine mountings are done like the aprilia sr150, with selenblock and central mounting. the vibrations are minimal, no rolling or something like that in corners. rear shock absorber has remained serial with small distancer, i putted a front stage6 240mm disc because original was very bad after a couple of hard brakings. so here are a couple of videos and photos. right now i am doing the fairings, the color will be british racing green, rear end is going to be in one piece with taillight, sliders will be done. i am planning to mount intake from cagiva mito 125cc, dellorto 28vhst carb, tune the cilinder head a little bit more, maybe some exhaust but i will see about that.
