even some mo`
got no time for preparing the stuff.
Engine is almost waiting for reuild.
Need some brake stuff, nice disk, synt-pads, steel-flex tube, but nothing on stock
In April the Engine got ready
So after my punishment to the bodywork in `08.. i began to polish it
Steering, new BCD Grips, and throttle cable
Seconds after the engine was getting warm i tried to spin some time on the role (p4)
at about 0.00 o`clock the best solution inside
I said i`ll do some vidz here is one:
After that i had to polish the rest of the bodywork
Currently..... some things to do.. even some mo stickers..

My Zip is allmost 3years old... just uppin`some new pictures.

1. Race of the season `09 in Templin (Berlin)
1st race 5th
2nd race 5th
not bad, but the zip didn´t run as i promissed.
so today i went to the garage for doin`some runs on the P4 Amerschläger
like u see, no damage
Blocked runs to look whats the matter!
Blue and Red --> R1200.... Green and Black --> R1400
But open runs showed the reality
Blue 18HP - R1200, S6 Racing, 85ger Welle, 19er Team (95HD/40ND)
Red 17,5HP - R1400, S6 Racing, 85ger Welle, 19er Team (95HD/40ND)
I realized that the R1200 is almost better on my engine.

I think there is more potencial

That was my comment because of the 2nd highsider
After Spa just repared some things.
Throttle cable into the chassis.
Some sliders around
Put on the Mikuni TM24...got 1,2HP more than the 19mm Team Carb.
But got some probs with the belt around 13.200 rpm, just slipping
Hope there will be 19HP tomorrow

June. was the Tuning Expo in Saarbrücken.
In hall 4 was scooter-attack with stage6-, dssc-, and a merchandise stand. also streetbuzz and accwear.

i stripped the engine completly.
New Waterpump, new gearing seal, new crankshaft bearings and seals
and a new piston.
results:
--> 1. place Stage6 RACING - class
--> Trophy for "fastest round" in Stage6Cup

A week before the mighty scooter-weekend on the eurospeedway lausitz
i´ve done some runs and i think i controlled my probs with the rpm @about 50-60mph (95km/h)
It´s just about the washer between pulley-drive and pulley.
New R/T high-low shock-absorber
and a rs24/10 in the front from our race-team.
