Hello out there.

I just wanted to show my newest scooter project.

And here it is. Yamaha Jog r frame with some Aerox engine, frontfork and aerox wheels.

Engine Setup:
Malossi Team 7T JmJ Max tuned.
Malossi Crankshaft.
Malossi Transmission Cover
Malossi Transmission
Malossi Overrange
Stylepro Delta Clutch with Black MHR Springs
Stylepro CNC Drive for Variator
Stylepro K&N Airfilter
Stage6 Performance Carburator
Yasuni C30 Chromed
Eprom Ingnition
J.m.J Intake system

I think it was all about my engine.

Some safety things:

SSP 280mm Brake Front
RPM Brakecaliber Front
Doppler HSM Shockspring.

My scooter is now Ready for DHS (it is a Sprint day in Denmark leaded by DSSC)

My fastest time until now: 150m @ 7.23Sek.

Highest Powertest : 21.xxHK Dynostar

I have deleted my scooter profile on the danish scootergallery site so my old pictures are gone

But my scooter have a lot of new parts so maybe it was a god idea.

I was going to the danish sprint day in Vandel. my time for 150m was 6.995sek. And 22.45HK. But later my engine was broken, my block was i 3 parts after my friend tried my scooter. Pictures come.

And for my own Scooter meeting weekend on Skærbæk gokart track. Was also fine, but a friend tried my scooter again, so he tried to drive on bagwheel so he crashed and he had to go on the hospital.

But after DHS there was alot af new parts for my scooter off cause did my friend pay for those parts there was broken.

How much ground clearence did you gain putting the aerox forks/rims?

Nice scooter! But can you give us some more info about your engine/settings and tuning? The pictures look great. But the meaning of a 'project page' is to tell us how it's build and which problems you have solved etc.

But the white rimes dont make it better, they make the paint not the first view u see when you look @ the scooter

One of you has a Öhlins rear suspension(from a mc?)? That can't be good at a scooter - is it not very hard / useless?

how much work did it take to get the aerox forks on the yamaha jog rr cus i already have the back wheel in am am just woundering if i took any work to fit the front forks
