Jan's unidentified MR rox

I'm Jan from Ljubljana,Slovenia. I'm 16 years old.
A year and a half ago my parents bought me a new yamaha aerox :winner: at first i liked it a lot but then original parts were not enough so i began to tune it a little bit.

this is me:

First i bought some styling parts for my scooter.
My first tuning parts were:
-laser xpro exhaust
-malossi multivar vario

Then i began to take the next step and bought more parts

I also bought a top performances trophy 70 and some other parts
in process:

I decided to repaint the white parts so i did it.
Then it was this may that i finally got my scooter in one piece!!
Setup was:
top trophy 70cc
yasuni c16 exhaust
malossi multivar variator
malossi kevlar belt
malossi e5 filter
malossi MHR front pulley
19 black edition dellorto
stage 6 v-force 3 by tassinari reedblock
motorforce evo clutch
bgm evo wingbell

in summer i started to receive new parts!
I also got a malossi RHQ crankshaft, 21 BE dellorto, and some parts changed

so we started to work 8P

the setup will be:
top performances due+ TUNED :winner: (need to come)
tuned carters (need to come)
yasuni c16 tuned
malossi multivar variator
malossi kevlar belt
malossi MHR front pulley
malossi RHQ crankshaft
skf c4 bearings
stage 6 filter small
oko 24 pwk tuned (need to come)
malossi MHR reedblock tuned
malossi delta clutch
NGK racing cabel
BGM evo wingbell
BGM intake manifold for pwk (need to come)
top perfromances cdi

last week i received my polished covers!

and yesterday i did a little bit of work +ralf+

today i received polished sidestand. it isn't perfect but it's good

and some time ago i received my exhaust from some other polisher who didn't do a good job

i also received this:

my carb has been tuned it will arrive with some other parts as well

today i received this

and i polished this (my polishing syndrom )

one last picture before the carb goes to his new owner i'm selling it because i bought a pwk 24

I've been also doing some work on my reedblock to get some more power out of it

finally the long-waited carb came...still needs a little bit of work

today i polished my carb it looks super nice

i think i did a great job
i also polished my intake manifold

the engine is having some progress






TP cdi came and i'm still working on my engine

Are u going to change the optic parts as well?
U have still a lot of work to do XD,take a look at my project

i won't do many more jobs on styling cuz i'm running out of money( i'm 15 years old) :L . now i'm waiting for my dellorto 21 be cuz it's being tuned (will get it this week)+ralf+. I also hope i will sell my vario to buy a top perfromances tpr because it's told to be better then multivar, and i'm tuning my engine(carters & cylinder) right now.

i also polished the inside of the intake manifold so i think it will run good even if it's similar to original manifold.

it would be a good thing if someone would comment my progress

today i received some squish seals, b9evx sparkplug, thread-lock glue and some bolts. I'm wainting for my pwkc 24 to come, my tuned engine to arrive, seat cover,...

at a closer look i saw that my engine covers aren't polished so good so i will probably polish them again myself, but if the finished resault won't be good, I will powdercoat them in white.

tnx. Right now i have lots of parts wainting I will make more progress as i am prepearing my scoot for the 2. international scooter fest at Hajdoše circuit Slovenia.

i have a question. does anyone know which paint-gun i should buy? i'm willing to spend around 100-150€ and i would like a pretty good resault.

Oko carbs are big SHIT mate...you will find out quick,especially bu adjusting the bike.

oko is the same as stage 6 . we will see that when we're gonna set it up. i began to sand and polish the inside of the carb. I'd buy a keihin but keihin doesn't have pwk 24 carbs

NOPE!the old stage 6 carbs were PWK and identical..
Stage 6 dont sell them anymore because they r cheap shit!
now they only sell the R/T series which is made by koso AND MUCH BETTER quality.
trust me,i had them all
