I have a runner 02 and well... My problem is that it only does a 100 real km/h!

Setup:
Hebo manston replica NG 70cc
Malossi/dellorto 19mm
Yasuni C16
Sa/Polini crankshaft
Malossi M.A.C.S.I Boost bottle
Axwin helix filter
Tuned engineblock
Malossi MHR 2000 multivar
Malossi kevlarbelt
Polini 2G EVO cluth
Malossi spring (White one)
6.5g Malossi weights
100 mainjet

The acceleration is o.k, but the topspeed... Arghhh!
I've ordered a Polini Speeddrive and im going to order a new gearing (please give me a tip about a nice one).

Im getting so damn tired of it.......

Tune your cilinder A Hebo NG "Manston replica" isn't such a good performing cilinder if it's untuned

Use anothet clutch spring (Malossi yellow/red) And go lighter in weights

6,5 gram is a little bit too much i think. take about 4 grams and a yellow Malossi clutch spring(15%) , for faster accelerating get the NG tuned

Gearing will loose some of you aceleration, however its the best way to get more top end. depends wat you want, I am not getting the gear up for my drag as I would rather have amazing take-off speed.

A nice take-off speed is... Nice . But I want a topspeed of atleast 110 real km/h.

Im gonna try my old Malossi cluth spring and 5,5g weights......

And yes, a friend of mine is going to "tune" the cylinder, but he is kind of slow so it takes time .

I think my reedhouse suck... the package said "Polini vulcanize" or something like that and they dont look so special

I Really think you should try lighter rollers then 5 grams. Like 4.5 or even 4.

I also had een NG,and i used 3,8 malossi weights.
this icm a red malossi clutch-spring en off you go

Wooh, I have bought and installed a Polini Speeddrive and 4,5g malossi weights now...
The acceleration is nice as.. Daamn .


And the topspeed... Ladies and gentlemen... 110km/h digital! (still with the white clutchspring thou... Its really soft :S)
