Exhaust Getting very hot straight away?

Put a hebo pipe on my aerox the other day and as soon as i started the bike up and rev it once and then touch the pipe at the bottom where it bolts onto it is really hot and i mean boling? this cant be right can it and the pipe gets very hot when riding aswell obviously there going to get hot but this is really hot and im only running a mallossi sport 70's. iv'e got water in my rad. Anyone got a reason for it?

Have you been changing main jet to bigger?


It,s should be very hot... but not hooot hot hot if you know what i mean.

jettings fine mate i havent played around with the jetting for months, its on a aerox mallossi sport,19mm carb, polini air filter and the jet in there atm is 100 which is really big anyway lol. i would try a bigger jet but if i do it just starts bogging. Yeah i no what you mean i know its supposed to get hot but this is really hot way to fast.
