Can I use the small blockhalf from another minarelli engine to the other blockhalf

Can I use the small blockhalf from another minarelli horizontal engine that not belongs to the big block halv. I dont know if the crank holes are drilled with the block separately or in one piece. I have put them together without the crank and its fits perfectly.
I know lot of people that have done this without problems, and i know that it is imposible to buy a brand new small blockhalv on all the scootershops if your old half is broken. Hope someone can help me with my question.

as long as it's both the same enginetype it should fit.
