Aerox rpm fluctuating

Ok well scooter is going well but it has some wierd things happening i cant understand
Its running a mallosi variator with 4.4 gram springs

It has a yellow contra spring with a malossi spring slide under it

I am using a delta clutch with the heavy weights and red springs
weights out on full extension and spring adjustments in the middle
Its hitting the clutch hard at 7500rpm

When i gas the scooter it varies between 9800 and 10800 rpm
I dont believe its the weights because other wise it would change rpm as its going but it doesnt
It goes to one rpm and stays there , its just the rpm that it goes to is what varies

Im not sure could this be a worn torque driver

or it could be the torque driver is stucking up & not moving freely, check if the torque spring is binding or clean & re-grease the hub of the outer half of the rear pulley, it looks like it's a transmission related problem.
